Minutes of the last scratch (May 2019) were posted. Motion to accept minutes as posted seconded by Cootie Aukshun and made by Cootie St. Onge. No discussion, motion passed.

Diaper Report: Cootie Lagrew was not present however he continues to be sighted at the local hospitals in Baguio with arms full of diapers. Keep up the good work! The Pup tent fully supports his efforts.

NEW BUSINESS:

Our Kuto Pup Tent 7 was awarded the Blue Star Plaque for achieving 100% plus 1 or more new Cooties with outstanding support of our Grand of the Pacific for 2018-19 and the Hospital Plaque for attaining and surpassing 100% of $12,750.00 achieving 175% with a credit of $22,287.91. Seamy Webber congratulated our Pup Tent 7 Cooties for their outstanding support.

GOOD OF THE ORDER:

We engaged in a discussion about putting together a project to clean some of the local monuments that have been neglected around the city. Cooties Reyes will check with the Mayor and see if the City will support these efforts.

Seamy Webber advises the Manila VARO still has WWII medals they can provide to Filipino’s who served in the U.S. Army, or their family members.

Seamy Webber brought a box of books for those Cooties who enjoy reading, to be provided to any of our home bound Cooties and Veterans. The books are located at Philibels Resto and the books were provided by Veteran Tim from Angeles City, RP.

50/50: 800 pesos. Drawing won by Cootie Webber (400 pesos) donated back to the Pup Tent. And the remaining 400 pesos will also go to the Pup tent.

Fines: 1500 pesos

Closing Ceremonies IAW Grand Ritual was done and scratch closed at 1120!. Next scratch 9 Jul 19 immediately following the VFW meeting at Philibel’s Resto, # 475 National Highway, Barangay Pagdalagan Sur, Bauang, La Union.
