Scratch called to order at 1110 by Seam Squirrel Rhett Webber Opening formalities IAW with Grand By-laws and ritual completed

Visitors and VIPs recognized, 7 Cooties present

Minutes from the last scratch were accepted with a correction. Cootie Russian did not donate his 50/50 winnings to the Pup tent as reflected in the minutes. He bought all present a drink at the bar. Motion seconded by Cootie Russian and made by Cootie Reyes

Membership Applications: None

CCDB report was given by Cootie Bridges and everyone present agreed he did a crummy job. Motion to accept his report was seconded by Cootie Reyes and made by Cootie Lagrew.

Comrade in distress: Cootie Ransom and Cimo are still under medical care. Cootie Rodgers is ill at home.

Diaper Report: Cootie Lagrew gave us an update on this diaper donation program at the hospitals in Baguio.

OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS: It was agreed that the Pup tent would sell or auction donated items at the Chili Cook off event held on November 30th. If you have something of value that you wish to donate, let us know. Seamy Webber will have Pacific Grand red small towels and beer wrap made at Marilyn’s for this year’s CCO.

It was decided that this terms delegates for Pup tent 7 would be the following: Cooties Lagrew, Bridges, Webber, St. Onge, Russian, Mesaros and Reyes. Motion to submit the names these shady characters was seconded by Cootie Reyes and made by Cootie Webber.

GOOD OF THE ORDER: There will be a Cootie swarm on November 9th, likely at the Mischief Bar, Don Juico Ave., Angeles City. Most likely it will be at a bar with adult beverages and entertainment and very Veteran friendly. More information will follow.

Seamy Webber advises the Manila VARO still has WWII medals they can provide to Filipino’s who served in the U.S. Army, or their family members.

Seamy Webber brought a box of books for those Cooties who enjoy reading, to be provided to any of our home bound Cooties and Veterans. The books are located at Philibel’s Resto and the books were provided by Veteran Tim from Angeles City, RP.

The December scratch is rescheduled for 17 Dec 19 due to several members traveling to Cambodia for the VFW mid-term.

50/50: 900 pesos. Drawing won by Cootie Reyes for a total of 350 pesos. The Put tent will receive 700 pesos.

Fines: 2,200 pesos

Closing Ceremonies IAW Grand Ritual was done and scratch closed at 1200! Next scratch 12 Nov 19 immediately following the VFW meeting at Philibel’s Resto, # 475 National Highway, Barangay Pagdalagan Sur, Bauang, La Union.
